The task was to brand a Wes Anderson Film Festival using the given movies, The Royal Tenenbaums, Moonrise Kingdom, and Fantastic Mr. Fox. This was executed with puzzle-piece style posters that must be collected to display one large universe. Conceptually, this was meant to speak to the little universes Anderson creates. I packed these posters into their own unique envelopes featuring postage stamps, ink stamps, and my typeface, Ivanhoe Sans.
I always prefer analog, so this project was started with a simple pencil and paper.

Little tickets inviting guests to the festival with dates and a lineup were included.

Lastly, I designed a typeface to compliment the acutely designed details that Wes Anderson includes in his movies. I searched throughout his films for elements he had designed until I could reappropriate them myself, which lead me to designing Ivanhoe Sans.
